The Big Five model

The most scientifically supported personality framework worldwide. It is not a rigid typology: it is a continuous model with infinite profiles.

Why Big Five and not others

Unlike other tests based on rigid typologies or proprietary theories, the Big Five emerged from factorial analysis of language. Researchers analyzed how people from different cultures describe personality and discovered that all traits cluster into five universal dimensions.

Each dimension breaks down into 6 specific facets, totaling 30 facets that enable deep granular analysis. This level of detail allows you to identify important nuances that can make the difference in role fit.
