From supporting executive transitions at IBEX-listed companies to designing people management models for ministries in Latin America.
Author of Sintoniza tu Equipo, creator of the Sphere Method, a structured program for supporting executive transitions, and of Leadershift Cards, a practical tool for leadership development.
